Paranaque River Clean UP

Few weeks ago, i passed by Tambo Bridge where there is a small tractor cleaning up garbage in the coast way. I was happy that we have that kind of service in our community. Days go by, i saw huge improvement in the riverbank. But after a week or so. It seems that they stopped cleaning the river. In a span of 1-3 days all the garbages went back to their places, floating their way to other side of the coast. Please do not throw your garbage ANYWHERE. Instead put them in your garbage cans so it will be disposed properly. We need to take action! Few months ago, All people are talking about the well known "Broadband Deal" The issue was very controversial. This issue includes the president and high government officials. In the process of resolving the issue and penalizing the "TRAPO THIEVES". Which should come into an end. But what happen to that? I never heard any news about ZTE anymore. It was replaced by an issue that was not a problem in the past few years.

Rice, The most important food in the country. As far as i know we do not have any issues with RICE Shortage in the previous years. Our country is self supplied with resources. We have the available stagnant lands that should be used by our Hardworking farmers.. But why do the government do not want to issue land reforms to our farmers.Is it that hard to give out lands for the country's development and economy performance.

but it seems that the government is CREATING issues that can cover graft and corruption issues or self wealth.

Why do media companies always focus on the present issues when the previous issue was not yet resolved.

Hi guys,

I know you all guys noticed the extreme weather/climate condition we have now. We all cannot sleep in the top floor of your houses because its hot (except for those who have ACs). A lot of you guys don't even care about the climate/weather we have now, most us all know "THAT'S LIFE"

How can we say "THAT'S LIFE?". How about the life of Next gen? Think about it. If we start today by MINIMIZING the effects of GLOBAL WARMING. WE CAN give them a better life and better environment.

We still have ways in preventing it.

If you.....

1. have a car, please have them maintained. STOP SMOKE BELCHING! Smoke should be clear not white either black.

2. Using charcoal stove for cooking. You'd better stop it! it produce more GREENHOUSE gases like CO2. Yea. i know its cheaper than LPG but do you know that charcoal come from burning trees. Which produce huge amount of GH gases. If we STOP using charcoal the burned trees will stop.

**Do not BURN garbage. Especially items made of plastics and foams.

3. are having huge lot area, PLEASE GROW PLANTS in your vacant, deserted lot. I'm sure your going to like if it has green and you breath in fresh air. By doing this number 3 you lessen the CO2 in the atmosphere. Believe me my FRIEND(even if I'm not)

4. Advice your neighbor that don't throw garbage in an open field or waterways like canals, and rivers. I'll be giving you an update on what we have in our local community as a step in SAVING THE EARTH.. I hope they finish cleaning PARANAQUE RIVER.

AGAIN by simply growingplants in your window, vacant lot, inside the house and stop burning garbage will help MINIMIZE GLOBAL WARMING.

Cool sun and Blue water

Few years ago, I love walking into the bright sunlight while walking in Sto Nino Bridge in Paranaque and looking to the clear blue water with many children playing and swimming. When i was about 9 years old, I was dreaming to swim into the Paranaque river and play together with other children living by the riverside. I was fascinated how healthy and lively the river way back. When the sun sets to west a beautiful scenery will be seen, with little boats gathering big and healthy fish.

Many years had past, many things were changed especially in the environment.

The once vitamin D-rich sunlight had become the source of DISEASES and provide scorching light rays around the world, drying polar ice caps, and changing natural habitat.

The Blue, clear water had became black, lifeless and have a sewer-like smell. The riverside dwellers had boomed in the area, as there are a multi-million realty development occur. With such population in the area, garbage and other waste materials increased. Traces of inedible small fishes can be seen.The riverside seems had a sand that is black in color, once you step into it its like a quicksand in the dessert high viscosity and and giving out foul smell. When the sun sets, a land fill will rise like a mountain by the sea. No more fisherman gathering fishes instead they go to the open ocean to catch small fishes to sell.

If ever i have reader of this blog PLEASE HELP OUR ENVIRONMENT RESTORE ITS NATURAL BEAUTY. We can prevent global warming by:
1. Plant trees and grow plants in your home
2. Replace Incandescent bulbs with fluorescent lights
3. If you have a vehicle, have them clean to get rid of harmful black smoke.
4. Don't burn garbage or any kind of waste.

Prevent and restore polluted water by:
1. Don't throw your garbage into the rivers, bays and other body of water.
2. TO THE GOVERNMENT: PLEASE LAUNCH A PROJECT THAT WILL HELP CLEAN THE WATER AND MAKE THE ENVIRONMENT GREEN.
3. Please advise our river side dweller friend to relocate their houses into a land or simply take care of their areas.

Help our future children to have a better environment.

People Power 4?!

Guess what country is planning to use People Power for the forth time. I bet you know it, try to guess. I will not say what country it is.

Is it always the President's fault if the country's economy is dropping like hell? There many factors that affects the country's economy. We have Party list leaders, corrupt Traditional- Politicians and the country man as well.

First,Party-list leaders. They are one of the most over-reacting group in the country. They are like illegal medicines. One taken the wound will heal but then there are side effects that need another medication. These leaders always want wage increase that can cause increase product market price. Because of GREAT success of People Power, it is now abused to throw almost all presidents that are doing their JOBS WELL.

Second, Traditional-Politician or TRAPOs - These are the Government officials that keeps on doing the same thing. They are pulling down the economy instead of lifting it up. These trapos are always requesting a HUGE PORK BARREL for their CHEAP public budget. Their are many issues that were not resolve their own officials. Most city mayors are corrupt, in our city we have our so called Clean and Green Project. Where in the HELL you cut grass using a PAPER SCISSORS under the scorching sun? YES! am not kidding, if you want send me an email and i will add the pictures here. And these stupid workers just accept the work and sometimes you will see them doing nothing. Government do not know how to maximize people's money, all they want is to maximize their own wealth.

Last, Country man. IMHO. We are known for highly skilled workers, thats why many international employment are looking for skilled workers. Yes , they are hard working but what about those lazy people who are living in the squatters area. They are all bums even if they have the opportunity to work locally to feed their families. All they do is to stay at home and increase population. I do not know why they are all lazy to work for themselves.

If the country's economy continues to drop I'd rather fly to another country to dig a gold nugget. And also i heard rumors that the senate are preparing a bill to increase tax of call center agents.

Backache after bed?

Having a backache might be a serious problem if no taken care of. Backaches might affect your lower motor skill or mobility. There are some factors that causes this uncomfortable problem.
Having a bad standing/sitting posture will give you minor backaches. This can be prevented by not sitting or standing straight, just by relaxing it.

As I remember, when i was in gradeschool.Our teacher always advised us not to slouch while sitting and walking. Years passby,it seems that i felt minor backaches after i had fell in a bicycle. the bike seat hit me at the pelvic. I had this problem for 3 years. While im working, i had my healthcard, so i used to visit my doctor, they recommend some painkillers, MRI scans, physical treatment.They told me that, its only used to prevent future back operations.

As the treatment seems not doing well, i tried to place my self on the bed in different positions. Usually, we sleep on soft bed or couch. In my case, i was sleeping on a bed that doesn't have a proper underbed support. I thought, its just the bed that is too hard or soft for me. I visited another doctor, and told me about the bed thing. They told me, "Are you are sleeping without mid-bed support your back will tend to curve and cause stress to your back." So, i checked my bed and i saw that it has 1 of 3 support left.So, i fixed it and leaving 2 of 3 support on both head and feet part of bed. leaving the midpart or pelvic/back part unsupported. After that, i tried to sleep on the part which has the support. when i woke up after the repair, i felt less pain in the back. And add up some physical treatment for my self, that i learned in my previous treatment.

If you are experiencing backaches after bed, try to check your bed support or mattress might be too old.
